SIZING

Are the sizes standard Australian sizes?

Yes, most items are very true to size. For general Australian sizing chart view here.

However to get the best possible fit you can make a booking time to try on an item with no obligation to buy. All stock is available to purchase accept for any items that need to be pre-ordered. Available to Perth Residents only. BOOK NOW!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How does delivery work?

All shipping is based on Standard Australian Postage rates. If you require express please email ninetynine99@gmail.com with your order number and additional payment would be made.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Shipping rates for our international customers will be calculated manually by  following checkout. You will be notified of the shipping cost after the order is placed, and payment will be requested via PayPal as a secure payment method. This is to ensure that we are able to calculate an accurate cost for you based on the weight of your order and it's destination.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Is the item tracked?

Once your order is placed and payment is made we will send you a tracking code via email to monitor your order. Once your parcel has been lodged for delivery with Australia Post or Officeworks Mailman, Ninety Nine Reasons is no longer responsible for any delays, damage or loss, nor liable to refund you for any damage or loss incurred. If for any reason your parcel is not delivered please contact us first to see if we can resolve the matter or contact the Third party directly

 

RETURNS

Can you return items if they don't fit?

Yes, we can offer you a replacement size or credit voucher if the size is not available, The item will need to be posted back to us within 14 days of receiving item, with all tags secured and the product is to be in good condition. Unfortunately the postage is at buyers expense unless you live locally in Perth and can drop off the item. We maintain the right to refuse any returns if they are not of a manufacturing fault and/or if the product is deemed to have been damaged under the customers care, in which then holds no responsibility for the fault. Ninety Nine Reasons reserves the right to replace or repair the product where possible. For hygienic reasons, accessories, jewellery and handbags cannot be returned.

Customers confidential information will only be used as part of providing a service to you ie, shipping your parcel, security Information will not be misused and only used where you have given us permission to. As we strive to protect your information please note that there is always a risk when shopping online. However we will not store your credit card details online. If you are paying by other third party sites such as Paypal, please refer to their Privacy Policy.
